Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe but firm avocado
  • 1 tablespoon ready-to-use ponzu
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 sliced green onion

Steps

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit safely, and cut the flesh into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Whisk ponzu and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Fold in avocado gently to avoid crushing it.
  4. Scatter sesame and green onion over the top and serve immediately.

Serving Notes

Use ready-to-use ponzu; dilute any concentrate according to its label. Dress just before serving.
