Hanpen with Melted Tuna and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 large hanpen fish cakes
- 70 g canned tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 30 g shredded melting cheese
- 1 teaspoon neutral oil
- Black pepper

Steps
- Mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, cheese, and pepper.
- Cut each hanpen in half. Make a pocket in each piece without cutting all the way through.
- Divide the filling between the pockets.
- Heat oil in a fry pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, then cover for 1-2 minutes until the filling is hot and the cheese melts.
Serving Notes
Turn gently so the soft fish cakes stay intact; serve hot.
