Wasabi Edamame

Warm edamame gets a gentle wasabi kick in a light soy dressing.

Ingredients
- 250 g frozen edamame in pods
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Steps
- Cook edamame in boiling water according to the package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes. Drain well.
- Mix wasabi, soy sauce, warm water, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Toss the warm pods in the dressing and serve. Eat the beans inside; discard the pods.

Add wasabi gradually; its strength varies by brand.
